21.2次统考教学培训工作顺利完成

一、统考培训的前期准备工作

1.根据四川省教育考试院发布的212次统考考试计划安排,结合本教学点学生的实际情况,于20218月初编制了9月份第二期教学培训计划。

2.8月份逐一敲定了各课程任课教师,并于8月底、9月初落实了开展教学培训的教室。

3.9月初,将本教学培训计划上报学校自考办和内江职业技术学院会计系系部老师,并及时通知学生。

二、教学培训工作实施

本次教学培训分为:面授课、直播课、线上学习平台的安排和检查等。

1.面授课安排

本期面授课是从911日开始,持续到1010日结束,面授课程有《金融理论与实务、财务报表分析(一) 、市场营销学、审计学等

2、直播课安排

本期直播课主要是利用周内晚上19:0020:40,所有课程采取线上方式,线上课程不受地点限制,带有直播回放功能,时间灵活,为同学们的学习做了有益的补充。并未强制所有学生必须参加直播课,如遇到专科课程与直播课程时间冲突的,均会通知学生观看回播。

2.“逸升在线”学习平台学习情况

1)“逸升在线”作为学生自主学习统考课程的一个网络在线平台涵盖了自考统考的所有课程,学生可以自行通过手机微信端、网页端、web端等多种方式进行登录,在线对专业课讲义、视频进行学习,并进行在线模拟测试,达到全方位学习课程的目的。

2)从逸升在线平台上数据看,学生登录学习平台进行自主学习主动性和积极性不高。

3)需多强调自考学习过程中自觉学习的重要性,引导学生结合老师讲的和教材上的知识点,结合平台进行综合性的学习。

三、教学成果

212次统考成绩分析

本教学点212统考发挥平稳,始终高于省平均水平

四、教学培训工作存在的问题   

1)学生存在倦怠情绪,后期周末面授到课不理想,且存在上午相对较好,但下午尤其不佳的现象。

2)学生学习面貌和状态不好:部分同学人到心不到,且存在不带教材,不带纸笔,课堂上存在聊天、玩手机、耍游戏、睡觉等与学习无关行为和现象;
    3)学生注意力不集中,听歌,玩手机的现象较为普遍,但利用手机完成学习平台学习任务的较少

五、建议及改进措施

   教务老师加强对学生考勤的监督和督促,鼓励学生自觉学习、主动学习。

 

21.2次统考过程性考核顺利结束

由会计系系部老师统一组织西华大21.2次统考过程性考核2021年9月11日圆满完成,参考的专业为:会计学考试科目为财务报表分析(一)、审计学、金融理论与实务、市场营销学。西华大学过程性考核仅剩下高级财务会计需要做过程性考核,其余均已完成。

 

 

 21.2次统考考前动员会主题班会顺利召开

212次统考考试前几天,为鼓舞学生自信心、增强其积极性、进一步提升过关率,特组织了考前动员大会。本次会议不仅讲讲解了答题技巧及注意事项,而且鼓励学生积极复习,沉着应考,对考生赴考具有一定的指导意义。

顺利完成各阶段教务工作

 

1、统考报考

根据四川省教育考试院《2021半年四川省高等教育自学考试通告》的要求,我省2021年上半年高等教育自学考试课程报考时间为:

830900-911800,社会型专业考生网上课程报考;

831900-921800,社会型专业考生网上课程报考;

2、学位证申请

本学期四川农业大学申请学位证人数:1人,申请成功人数:1人;西南科技大学申请学位证人数:5人,申请成功人数:2人,其中3人未申请成功原因为:未满足英语条件;绵阳师范学院申请学位证人数:2人,申请成功2人;

   

3、毕业论文报考

212次论文报考申请时间:1122-1124日,本次有55名同学申请报考论文(其中9人论文报重复),并已顺利报考完毕。为督促该次学生顺利完成毕业论文,建立212次论文群,及时通知撰写论文相关事宜。截止报考结束时间,成功实现所有计划内学生无一遗漏圆满完成报考,期待各位同学顺利完成各自的毕业论文,顺利毕业。 4.毕业申请

内职院2021下半年毕业预提名73人,已提交相关资料进行审核。

5、新生注册

根据省考试院的要求,我校组织开展对各教学点的教务老师的新生注册培训工作,并重点强调了学生证件照的技术要求和信息的准确性。

在我校领导的指导和支持下、在各位老师的不断努力下,仍在此次招生工作中取得了不错的成绩,本次新生注册工作顺利结束,总注册人数为250人。

6、省考报考

223次省考报考时间为11月29日-12月1日,为期三天。在11月26号,提前了3天,我们将报考数据通知到学生,我教学点计划报考860科次,最后实际报考科次832,实现96.7%的报考率。

223次新生开班典礼暨入学教育顺利举行

11月25日下午,内江职业技术学院2021年秋季自考本科新生开学典礼在该校教学大楼408室举行。我院副院长阮雪梅、自学考试学习服务中心老师陈冬等人作为本科主考学校领导代表应邀出席典礼。因疫情防控要求,仅部分22·3批次新生参加了会议。会议内江职院资产公司董事长王成琼主持。

内江职院副院长周健为开学典礼致辞,他对阮雪梅副院长一行表示热烈欢迎,并对几所本科主考学校对内江职院的大力支持表示衷心的感谢。他向升本新生表示祝贺的同时介绍了学院的发展历史、办学理念及办学宗旨,并对新一届的升本学生提出期望和要求。期望学生

动力、强化学习意识、学用结合,并祝愿所有新生学业顺利、学有所成。


 

阮雪梅在开学典礼上,代表主考学校,对报读自考专升本的同学表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的祝贺,向内江职业技术学院的各位领导、老师对自考工作的大力支持,表示诚挚的谢意。同时,她向四川农业大学和内江师范大学在自考战线辛勤工作的同仁们表示亲切的慰问。她要求同学们,充分利用一切闲暇时间学习,要善于总结学习方法和技巧,处理好专科学习和自考本科学习的关系,要求同学们有所为,有所不为,力争三年磨两剑。!


 

会上,内江职业技术学院高鑫老师作为本科任课教师代表、土木工程系2021级建管二班杨诗钰同学作为22·3批次本科新生学生分别做表态发言。

随后,阮雪梅副院长与内江职业技术学院周健副院长分别为22·3批次本科新生颁发入学通知书,并对在场的同学们给予了希望。

本次开学典礼受到了新生们的热烈欢迎,使广大师生明确新征程努力的目标和方向,为新生顺利进入本科学习打下了良好的基础。


 

 

 

随后,有关负责人就新生学习方法、报考、个人信息查询以及针对新生开展教学培训等内容进行了详细的入学教育培训。通过此次开学典礼和入学教育培训,让报考223次自学考试的新生更加懂得了学历提升的意义,明确了自考学习的内容和方向,也坚定了顺利毕业的信心!

顺利开展22.1次统考前第一期教学培训

一、统考培训的前期准备工作

1.根据四川省教育考试院发布的221次统考考试计划安排,并结合本教学点学生的实际情况,于202110月底编制了202111月份第一期教学培训计划。

2.由于成都的疫情突然加剧,一方面是根据疫情防控的要求,考虑到学生及老师的安全;另一方面由于本校为错峰提早放寒假,抓紧时间赶教学进度,为了减小同学们的学习压力,本学期并未展开面授课,进行线上直播课程教学。本期的面授课将会在明年三月集中开展。

二、教学培训工作实施
